Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Summerside

This is a simple motel. Room was clean along with bathroom and the two bedroom areas. A small stove, bar fridge , table for 2 a sofa bed, desk, 2 queen beds, night stands. Wall mounted tv. Fresh towels and linens. It’s an older hotel, but all you need for sleeping and shelter. Good location just outside downtown Summerside. Staff were friendly and polite. Very quiet and we were on lower level.Exactly what we needed in accommodations and had wifi.

A very nice and quiet area. Excellent in all aspects. The owners are amazing and very friendly. No problems whatsoever and will definitely return next visit to PEI! Thanks for everything.

There was a bit of an aged feeling to this place, but that's not a bad thing. The rooms were clean, full oven in the room which was neat (but not used in our one night stay). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Best breakfast EVER! The food was good, but the loft was so nice with such a nice view. It was lovely. Not, by any means, a wheelchair accessible venue. They do have a ramp to put up to the door of your first floor room, but everything is up flights of stairs. They are very accommodating, no problem bringing breakfast to the room etc., Just a fair warning.

I was a little apprehensive at first as I could not get ahold of anyone prior to checking in, but overall, it was a great place to stay. Price was right and the room was clean. My pooch was welcomed no problem and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had forgotten to put up our shower curtain prior to arrival but ran one up immediately when I notified them. Close enough to the main highway that if you’re a light sleeper, May bother you a bit, but the bed was super comfy! And lots of coffee, tea and hot chocolate, cream and sugar. It’s an older motel but they’re doing pretty good maintaining and upgrading as they can. Considering I tried 8 other places and couldn’t get rooms for the two nights I needed, or if I could, couldn’t have my dog, these folks had what I was looking for!

Very happy with our stay here! We basically just came to crash on our last night on the island before driving home. However the service was great, the room was IMPECCABLY clean. Spic and span. You could tell the owners really value providing an optimal experience despite this being maybe the most budget-friendly room we booked during our entire trip. The TV worked well, so did the AC (though do note it’s a wall-unit and a little far from the bed. It does a good enough job but the room won’t be cold, or anything). The tub/shower was really big for an inn/motel and also super clean. The breakfast area is large and surprisingly pretty, and you can also tell that good effort is put into the breakfast. Most appreciated is that when I left my device behind by accident and realized when we were a few hours away they were happy to get our information and mail it back to us! Super appreciated.

The motel is older but clean. LinaLee is a lovely hostess. On-site laundry. Pool is above ground not heated. Light continental breakfast included.

This is a perfect pet friendly location to stay at as a home base while visiting PEI! it is close to everything you need within minutes. The host was very accommodating when i made my last minute reservation making sure i would be comfortable during my stay. I will be staying here again when visiting that part of the island.

We were looking for someplace to stay & when we stopped in to check they had a room for 1 night. Young man at the desk was pleasant & helpful. We were on second floor, room was fine, clean but a bit dated. *PET friendly. The do have a saltwater pool but we did not get in for a swim. Would stay again
